Marketing · ongoing content infrastructure

One graph.
Both motions.

Most agencies run marketing and sales as separate stacks. The data goes in two different places, the teams don't talk, and the marketing-to-sales handoff is a spreadsheet at best. Our approach is structurally different: marketing and sales share the same knowledge graph. A Bay Area life-sci CEO who downloads your OSBA white paper this morning becomes a higher-weighted signal in the sales engine this afternoon — without anyone exporting a list.

This is an optional extension to the core Stages 1+2 engagement. The natural moment to add it is after the signal engine is live and you want to amplify the activation work. Same Hub DB, same agentic fleet, additional director (Marketing Director). Everything compounds.

The structural difference

The shared-graph dividend, in three examples.

When the marketing motion and the sales motion sit on one knowledge graph (Hub DB — see how it works), things start happening that don't happen in a two-stack world.

Example 1

White paper → signal weight

A Bay Area life-sci CEO downloads the OSBA "navigating your Series B real-estate decision" white paper at 8 AM. By 9 AM, that download is in Hub DB, attributed to their company, and bumping that account's ICP score in the matcher. The 18 brokers who logged in at 7:30 see the bumped signal in their morning queue.

Example 2

Closed deal → case study

A Stage 6 close auto-tags the account record. Marketing Director's content team gets a proposal in the Cortex Inbox: "Use this closed deal as a Q3 case-study lead with permission?" If yes — same Hub DB feeds the deck, the social posts, the SEO blog. No exporting, no re-collecting facts.

Example 3

Quiet account → content nudge

An existing account goes quiet on the relationship-health monitor (Stage 7). Instead of a cold outbound sequence, the marketing director gets a proposal: "Send this account the new OSBA-trends piece + a soft re-engagement note from the original rep?" Content as relationship-warming, not just lead-gen.

Why this isn't just "integration"

Most "integrated marketing and sales" stacks just connect two databases via Zapier. The result is two tools that share data, not one knowledge graph. We're different because we don't have two stacks — the Marketing Director's agents and the Sales Director's agents read and write the same tables. There's nothing to integrate because nothing is separate.

"

Marketing and sales share the same knowledge graph. A CEO who downloads your white paper this morning becomes a higher-weighted signal in the sales engine this afternoon — without anyone exporting a list.

— The shared-graph dividend
The marketing stack

SEO, GEO, social, paid — each tied to the graph.

Four marketing channels, each running under the Marketing Director, each writing back to Hub DB so every interaction enriches the account graph. Same agentic-fleet pattern as the rest of BC.

SEO

Keyword clusters & pillar architecture

Keyword research, pillar/spoke content design, Schema.org structured data, technical SEO, content briefs, link-building strategy. Every published piece tagged in Hub DB — we know which accounts engage with which content over time.

GEO

Generative Engine Optimization

Content tuned for AI-search surfaces (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini answer boxes). Newer surface, active discipline at BC. Honest about the maturity: not yet a delivered case study at scale — we'd be developing the playbook with you, not selling you a finished one.

Social

LinkedIn company + exec content

Company-page strategy, exec thought-leadership cadence for Scott / Kareem / other OSBA voices, content calendars, paid LinkedIn Campaign Manager management. Mascot-system option available if useful for differentiation.

Paid media

LinkedIn, Google, programmatic

Campaign planning, creative production, audience definition (using the same ICP framework that drives the signal engine), ongoing optimization, monthly reporting. Same Hub DB feeds attribution back to the deal pipeline.

What "marketing infrastructure" actually means

The cadence we'd run for Colliers.

Not a one-off campaign — ongoing infrastructure. Here's what a steady-state month looks like once the marketing stack is in place.

Weekly

Content + social cadence

1–2 SEO blog posts · 3–5 LinkedIn company posts · 1 exec thought-leadership piece (Scott or Kareem) · engagement comments + interactions · weekly performance pulse.

Monthly

Deeper assets + paid optimization

1 long-form white paper or guide · paid LinkedIn / Google campaign optimization (audience refinement, creative tests, budget allocation) · full attribution report tying content engagement to pipeline movement.

Quarterly

Strategic pieces + GEO

1 major industry-trend report (the kind that gets shared in life-sci LinkedIn) · GEO content refresh for AI-search surfaces · quarterly strategy review with Colliers leadership · case-study production from closed deals (with permission).

Volume calibrated to budget and team capacity. None of these are fixed minimums — we'd scope this to what Colliers wants and can absorb.

Range of deliverables

This page is one of many ways we work.

This very landing page is itself an example of advanced collaborative output. We build a lot of different kinds of deliverables for clients — not as a menu to upsell, but so you understand the range of what's available when the moment calls for it.

LIVE EVERGREEN PAGE

Per-prospect deal rooms

What you're reading right now. Updated after every conversation. Branded to the prospect, scoped to the deal. Becomes the shared working surface between teams.

Examples: this site · CARR Biosystems briefings · Made Scientific partnership pages.

NARRATED VIDEO

Veo + Gamma + mascot system

End-to-end branded explainer videos generated from a brief — voice, scenes, captions. For sales enablement, exec readouts, stakeholder briefings.

Dr. Cosmo (BC's mascot) shows what mascot-driven brand systems look like.

CUSTOM DASHBOARDS

Operator UX for pipeline + signals

The kind of command-view shown in sales support — tailored to client workflow. Adjacent builds: CARR's commercial platform, Made Scientific's spent-media accelerator.

DELIVERABLES + EDUCATION

Proposals · MI · training

PDF/DOCX deliverables, education portals, ramp materials — style-matched to client brand, auto-drafted from Hub DB, refined by a human. Built so the team owns the knowledge after handoff.

End-to-end demonstration

CellScale Bio — the whole stack, public.

If you want to see what an integrated BC build actually looks like — brand → site → outbound → scoring → SEO → pipeline — visit cellscalebio.com. It's BC's fictional Series-A biotech, built specifically as a public demonstration of the stack. Brand system, marketing site, content pipeline, prospect signal engine, the whole thing.

It's also the demo we walked Kareem through on May 28 (along with CARR Biosystems and Made Scientific). The same patterns shown there would be the patterns we'd deploy for Colliers — with the obvious adaptations for CRE / life-sciences brokerage instead of biotech operations.
